horrible I get to the store at 11 am there was a sign that said "be back in restroom". I waited 45 mins and still no one arrived to open the store. I shouldve listened to my peers and not taken my business else where.
I called to talk about a transaction for shoes that I could bring in and the person hung up on me not being patient with someone who doesn't have much shoe experience smh DONT go to foam city go to DMV Swapz they will treat you better and give you better deals and prices
I came to the st Charles mall at 10 am and there was a sign in front of the store saying be back in restroom...smh...long story short 30 min later I left BC the employee was still " in the bathroom"...good job u lost my business
