If you are to interact with customers then have some training for your associates.
No customer service whatsoever. No greeting or how can I help you from 3 associates. Looked for an associate after finding a shoe and one was on the phone and had been on the phone since I entered the store. The other associate had just walked out on the floor as I was about to approach him he went to the back (he didn't return to the floor). So I decided to wait for the person at register who was helping a customer. When the customer got on her phone and went to sit down the associate still did nothing. She just stood there looking at the customer she was trying to help. I was just about to ask her about the shoe and I decided I was done then because I don't have time to spend money in a store where they can not even help me.
Customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. They take your money when you want to order shoes and you get no type of follow up with them. They expect you to call customer service and get the shoes even when the shoes come in to the post office, right across the aisle from them. Their customer service is laughable. They need so help. And they talk to you like you are beneath you. After the transaction that my husband just did, we will never be dealing with them again.
